What is the One-Month Pilot Project?
Our Pilot Project provides an owner with high-quality service for 30 days at a price of $5/hour. The point is for a client to see if having an assistant is useful to them. If satisfied they can continue at the regular price.
How much does the Pilot Project cost?

What are your levels of Agents/Virtual Assistants?
The skill level of agents and virtual assistants depend on the specific tasks you need. Regular rates range from $6.50 to $11.50 per hour. Below is an overview of the task for each skill level.
How is confidentiality and data security maintained?
Confidentiality and data security are our top priorities. We implement Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and provide a Business Proposal outlining our commitment to confidentiality. Additionally, our agents operate under Philippine law, ensuring strict compliance with data protection standards.
What happens if I am not satisfied with the work of my agent?
If you’re dissatisfied with your virtual assistant’s performance, your dedicated coach or advocate will work with you to address any concerns and make necessary adjustments. If required, we can assign a different virtual assistant better suited to your needs.
How do I communicate with my Virtual Assistant?
Clients and agents use email, phone calls, Slack, Zoom or Google Meet. We strongly recommend using WhatsApp for instant messaging communication, as it
provides end-to-end data encryption.
What is Client + Advocate + Agent?
Our Client + Advocate + Agent model is our unique strength; the Advocate/Coach role is the Magic. During your Pilot Project you have a coach who is charged with onboarding your agent, your new team member and ensuring you the client know every step of the process and have a person to answer any question, any time, for any reason. Your education and care and the care of our professional talented agents is the coach’s key role.
Is it possible to upgrade or downgrade the services?
Absolutely. Participants in the Pilot Program can change their plan at any time. The skill level of requested services may mean you need a more highly skilled agent to provide that type of support. Or, if you need fewer hours let us know as soon as possible with so we can adjust our agent schedules.
Why is advance notification required for plan upgrades or downgrades?
Advance notification helps ensure a smooth transition. It allows us to allocate the right resources and tailor our services to meet your needs. Additionally, it provides an opportunity to address any questions you may have, avoiding service disruptions and ensuring an optimal experience.
How do you manage or supervise your agents or Virtual Assistants?
Our Client + Coach + Agent model ensures effective communication and service delivery. Virtual Assistants and their coaches report onsite, facilitating secure communication and consistent support throughout their shifts.
What is your payment method?
We accept various payment methods, including bank transfers, wire transfers, credit cards, and debit cards.
Do you offer one-time or additional services?
Yes, we offer both one-time and ongoing services tailored to your needs. These include website design, social media management for increased online visibility, and logo creation. Please let us know how we can assist you with your specific requirements.

Level of Pilot Project Program;
Basic Level–assigned activities logged and reports generated according to priority set:
- $5/hour 30 days of Pilot
- Cold Calling: Outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads, book appointments, gather information.
- Appointment Setting: Scheduling meetings or calls between clients and your team.
- Basic Inbound Management: Handling simple incoming calls and messages from customers.
- Customer Service Support: Listening to the customer to understand what they want/need. Answer basic customer inquiries, resolve common issues.
- Basic Email Management: Organizing and responding to straightforward email communications.
Mid Level–assigned activities handled, followed up with team if needed and report generated according to priority set:
- $7/hour 30 days of Pilot
- Organizing Inbox: Sorting and prioritizing emails for better workflow management.
- Calendar Management: Scheduling and coordinating appointments, ensuring no conflicts.
- Travel Arrangements: Booking flights, accommodations, and organizing travel itineraries.
- Preparing Presentations: Creating professional and visually appealing presentations.
- Social Media Management: Planning, scheduling, and monitoring social media content.
- Documenting Meeting Activities: Taking and summarizing notes during meetings.
- Scheduling Meetings: Coordinating and setting up meetings with multiple stakeholders.
- Responding to Emails: Crafting professional replies to more complex or detailed email inquiries.
- Basic Graphic Design: Designing simple marketing materials such as flyers or brochures with 3-5 pages.
Advanced Level–assigned activities handled using the company’s standard operating procedures or creating SOPs, consulting with with team as needed, report generated according to priority set:
- $9/hour 30 days of Pilot
- Billing and Accounting Activities: Managing invoices, payments, and other financial records.
- Market Research: Gathering and analyzing data to inform business strategies.
- Addressing Employee Administrative Queries: Responding to internal staff questions on policies and procedures.
- File Management: Organizing and maintaining digital or physical files systematically.
- Arranging Meetings and Conference Rooms: Scheduling and preparing spaces for corporate meetings.
